SimpliSains1. Who we are
SimpliSains (also called SIAS) is an independent science storytelling and AI-assisted creator project. Privacy requests can be sent to sahamgorengancuan@gmail.com.
2. Data we may process
When you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to share. Operating the website may generate ordinary security and server logs, such as request time, IP address and user agent.
If you gain access to creator tools, we may process prompts, scripts, generated media, preferences, technical logs, and outputs associated with your use. If you explicitly authorize a social platform connection, we may process authorized account identifiers, permission scopes, and credentials necessary for that connection, subject to the integration actually being available.
3. Why we process it
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, deliver requested creator features, maintain security, troubleshoot operations, and respect legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use social platform access to publish to your account without authorized actions.
4. Hosting and service providers
Infrastructure providers, AI processing providers, and authorized social platforms may process data only to the extent needed for requested features. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. Do not submit confidential personal information within creative prompts.
5. Cookies and analytics
The current public informational website does not deliberately set advertising or tracking cookies. Basic technical logs may still be collected by hosting infrastructure. If analytics or optional cookies are added later, this policy and applicable consent mechanisms will be updated.
6. Security and retention
We seek to restrict access to operational data and keep authentication credentials out of public frontend code. Data is retained as needed for legitimate service, security, and legal purposes, and may remain temporarily within backup cycles after deletion.
7. Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data. If a platform authorization exists, you can revoke it through that platform's connected-app settings. See our Data Deletion instructions. Identity verification may be required to protect account data.
8. Children and updates
Our creator tools are not directed at children. We may update this notice as the project and integrations evolve; the date above identifies this version.
